Acting Prime Minister Receives Courtesy Call from Pacific-Community-SPC Director-General

The Hon. Acting Prime Minister this morning received a courtesy call from Dr. Paula Vivili, Director-General of the Pacific Community (SPC), during his official visit to Samoa.

The meeting provided an opportunity to reaffirm the strong partnership between Samoa and SPC, and to discuss continued collaboration in support of Samoa’s national development priorities. The Acting Prime Minister welcomed Dr. Vivili on his first official visit to Samoa since assuming office in November 2025 and acknowledged SPC’s longstanding contribution to the development and resilience of Samoa and the wider Pacific region.
