The Ministry of Finance in partnership with UNDP hosted refresher workshops for Sector Coordination teams and key stakeholders of all 14 sectors. These sessions focused on the MEL Framework for the new Pathway for the Development of Samoa 2026/27 – 2030/31, building a shared understanding of the Framework and the crucial role of Sector Coordinators in the process.

Particular emphasis was placed on planned initiatives towards the development of weighted indicator indices and the PDS2 Dashboard, as well as the identification of capacity development needs to strengthen data quality and reporting.

We extend our appreciation to all participants from across the broad Social, Economic, Infrastructure and Environment Sectors for their valuable contributions and commitment to further strengthening the sector-wide approach.
